Question by sigley21: How long can you stay on a visa in USA, coming from Germany as a skilled worker.?
Working for a company that has mulitiple locations, that you already are employed by? This is also for a skilled job, we work for the same company. I just am not sure how this all works, and I promised my friend in Germany, who is my colleauge also, a good answer. I need your help people..

Visa lets u COME INSIDE of U.S.A.
even if it expired, as long as she has working permit and other crap she can stay.
but after expiring, and she goes back to germany, she cant come back in U.S.A.
Visa is like a temporary passport.
i would actually call and contact a attorny in law.
dont trust answers in Yahoon answer if its something this serious.
talk to a lawyer!!!
