Hi, I’m a sophomore in highschool and I’m interested in HVAC. I was wondering from anyone in the HVAC business is there any paying jobs I could do, could I start an apprenticeship now or do I have to wait. I’m wanting to go see if theres any help needed tomorrow at a local Heating and Cooling business. I’m pretty much looking for a part-time job as a go getter, just trying to get some field experience! any help would be great!

There is always work in HVAC, and you could probably start right after high school. If you want work experience now, why not call companies in your area to see if they would be willing to give you an apprenticeship opportunity? Or, contact your school counselor and see if they could help you.
